Good to know

Beer burro questions,
answered.

Have another question? Say hello.
What do the burros actually carry?

Insulated pack bags loaded with ice and whatever you'd like served: canned beer, seltzers, wine bottles, sodas and water. You provide the drinks and ice, we got the burros!

Is it safe and comfortable for Peaches and Hickory?

Always. They carry well under their safe weight limit, work short shifts with shade and water breaks, and are handled by their own trained wranglers the entire time.

Can guests pet them and take photos?

Yes, that's most of the fun. Our handlers stay with them and manage the crowd so everyone, including the burros, has a good time.

Where can you travel?

Our standard service area is within 30 miles of downtown Nashville. If your venue is outside that radius, a small mileage fee is added and calculated into your quote.

What do you need at the venue?

A safe path in for the trailer, a shaded spot to stage, and permission from the venue for animals on site. We handle cleanup before we leave.

How far ahead should we book?

Peak wedding weekends in spring and fall book out months in advance. Send a request with your date and we'll confirm availability.

How do beer burros work at weddings?

Beer burros are miniature donkeys carrying chilled drinks in insulated packs. Peaches and Hickory join your Nashville wedding cocktail hour with their handlers, greeting guests and posing for photos as guests choose drinks from the packs. You provide the drinks and ice.

Can beer burros carry non-alcoholic drinks?

Yes. Their insulated packs can carry sodas and water alongside canned beer, seltzers and wine bottles. You choose and provide the drinks and ice for your wedding or event.

How long do beer burros serve at an event?

Serving is typically provided for one hour. Due to the nature of live animal interactions, our handlers have found one hour of live serving is ideal for events.
